Affirming the Role of Vietnamese Women Entrepreneurs on the International Stage<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Following the emotional and successful visit of the Irish delegation to Maries in Hue, I \u2013 as the founder of Maries \u2013 had the special opportunity to be invited to Technological University Dublin (TU Dublin)<\/strong>. This marks a two-way journey of connection, learning, and growth \u2013 between Vietnam and Ireland, between women-led businesses and the global startup ecosystem.<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Journey to Dublin & Memorable Experience at TU Dublin<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

From the moment I set foot in Dublin, I felt the warmth and friendliness of the people. Especially, the thoughtful welcome from TU Dublin representatives left a strong impression on me.<\/span><\/p>\n

Technological University Dublin<\/strong> is one of the leading technological universities in Ireland, with a vast and modern campus equipped with top-tier facilities that provide optimal conditions for students to study and develop their skills.<\/span><\/p>\n

TU Dublin is not just a place to acquire knowledge; it\u2019s a space that fosters creativity and innovation. I had the opportunity to visit the research labs, collaborative study areas, and the impressive library. The interaction between lecturers and students was open and engaging, truly embodying the spirit of lifelong learning.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Mentoring \u2013 Empowering Women Entrepreneurs to Grow Stronger Together<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

As part of the program in collaboration with the delegation from Hue University, Maries<\/strong> was honored to represent the Mentee group, accompanied by my Mentor, Mr. Tr\u01b0\u01a1ng Thanh H\u00f9ng (Finno Group), for the Mentoring Component of the project: Developing a Startup Mentorship Program in Tourism for Women in Hue City.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The workshop to launch the Mentorship Program for Women\u2019s Tourism Startups in Hue City<\/strong> is part of the VIBE 2 Project funded by the Embassy of Ireland<\/strong>. It is organized and coordinated by the Faculty of Tourism \u2013 Hue University<\/strong>, under the direct leadership of Ms. Tr\u1ea7n Th\u1ecb Ng\u1ecdc Li\u00ean<\/strong>, the project lead in Vietnam. This is a meaningful initiative aimed at supporting women-led businesses through a 6-month long-term mentorship process between Mentors and Mentees.<\/div>\n

The Mentor-Mentee model is not only about companionship but also about sharing real-world experiences from experts and seasoned founders. It helps guide strategic directions, resolve challenges, and promote sustainable development \u2013 especially in the tourism startup sector.At TU Dublin, the project presentation attracted deep interest and appreciation from university representatives for its practical value. Numerous extended discussions took place, laying the groundwork for long-term cooperation and expanding the female startup mentorship model internationally.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Sharing Reflections \u2013 Spreading the Entrepreneurial Spirit<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

As a representative of Maries, I was invited to share my personal experiences.<\/span>
The real-world journey of starting a business, overcoming challenges, and building a brand gave me valuable lessons. At the same time, it opened up new opportunities for connection and development for female-led startups in the project, gaining significant interest from TU Dublin.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Cultural Exploration and Discovering Dublin, Ireland<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Beyond the academic and exchange activities, I had the chance to explore the historic charm and unique culture of Dublin.<\/span>
Colorful streets, cozy caf\u00e9s, and the vibrant atmosphere of local festivals made me fall even more in love with this land.<\/span><\/p>\n

In particular, two visits to Teeling Whiskey Distillery and Guinness Storehouse<\/strong> gave me deeper insight into how private enterprises contribute financially and culturally to the development of Dublin\u2019s infrastructure and identity.<\/span>
These are not just iconic brands, but also testaments to the creativity and sustainable growth of Irish businesses.<\/span><\/p>\n

This business trip not only broadened my knowledge but also helped me better understand the Irish spirit of innovation, openness, and the way they build a modern educational system<\/strong>. I truly cherish what I\u2019ve experienced and learned at Technological University Dublin.<\/span><\/p>\n

More importantly, I clearly see the value of human\u2013business\u2013culture connection<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

I believe this is just the beginning.
