Empowering Creative Entrepreneurs in World Heritage Sites Through Digital Marketing and Content Creation<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Continuing our journey with the Creative4Mekong<\/strong> project, Maries was honored to represent Vietnam in a 5-day regional training on Digital Marketing and Content Creation for creative businesses operating in world heritage sites.<\/p>\n

Organized by the Mekong Institute<\/strong> (MI) and funded by the Mekong\u2013Republic of Korea Cooperation Fund<\/strong> (MKCF), the program brought together 22 outstanding representatives from five iconic heritage cities in the region: Siem Reap (Cambodia), Luang Prabang (Laos), Bagan (Myanmar), Ayutthaya (Thailand), and Hue (Vietnam)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udca1 Creativity \u2013 A Bridge Between Heritage and the Future<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

As a social enterprise specializing in traditional handicrafts made from lepironia grass, Maries constantly seeks innovative ways to promote local values through modern technology.
Focusing on strengthening the digital capacity of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), artisans, and the creative community, the training provided practical insights to:<\/p>\n

    Tell better stories about products and brands through digital content<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Understand customer behavior and evolving digital platforms<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Develop tailored marketing strategies for craft, culture, and tourism products<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    From theory to hands-on practice, participants learned how to create engaging content and build digital strategies suited for both domestic and international markets.<\/p>\n

    In his opening remarks, Mr. Suriyan Vichitlekarn, Executive Director of the Mekong Institute, emphasized:<\/p>\n

      These field trips opened up new perspectives on how traditional values can be reimagined through modern tools, creating appealing, friendly, and long-lasting cultural products and services.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

      This training is part of a broader initiative Maries has engaged in with Creative4Mekong, following the Mekong-Korea exchange visit in December 2024. Both events share a common message:<\/p>\n
