Horecfex Vietnam 2025 took place on August 26–27 at the Ariyana International Convention Center, Danang, gathering more than 3,500 delegates, 500 leading enterprises in the HORECA sector, and over 55 in-depth discussions focusing on sustainable development, digital transformation, and the application of artificial intelligence.

Notably, the total value of technological equipment showcased at the exhibition exceeded 42 billion VND, featuring innovations such as 4D Mapping, Virtual Reality (VR), hologram mist screens, service robots, AI-based recognition, and professional livestream systems.

The event was not only a meeting point between technology, tourism, and gastronomy, but also a creative space where travel gifts became a bridge connecting culture and technology.

Maries Booth – The Charm of Handicraft Culture Amidst a Sea of Technology

At Horecfex 2025, Maries introduced its collection of Handcrafted – Traditional – Sustainable Gifts made from lepironia grass in Hue. The booth, thoughtfully designed and elegantly presented, quickly became a standout destination, drawing significant attention from visitors.

Each lepironia grass product carried a touch of cultural artistry through its refined design, creating a memorable stop for both international visitors and business partners.

On the very first day, the booth welcomed numerous visitors, including representatives from hotels, resorts, travel companies, as well as individual international guests. Many meaningful conversations were initiated, focusing on collaboration policies, customized orders, and corporate gift solutions.

Spreading the Value of Handicraft Through Experiences

Maries does not simply showcase products – we tell a story. The story of lepironia grass, of skilled artisans, and of the mission to empower rural women in craft villages.

Unlike previous years, this time many visitors already understood and acknowledged the distinctive value of handcrafted products. Instead of questioning the “price,” they focused on whether the products fit their needs, development goals, and sustainable direction. That, for Maries, was the greatest joy.

This second appearance at Horecfex is proof of Maries’ clear vision: living with culture, fostering sustainability, and connecting with modernity.

Amid a technology-driven exhibition, Maries stood out for its core values – refinement, storytelling, and authenticity. Many visitors affirmed: “Maries does not only bring products, but also delivers experiences and culture.”

The success of this event was not measured solely by the number of orders or new partnerships, but also by the trust and recognition from customers: “Maries is not just selling products; Maries is bringing meaningful experiences and cultural value.”

Following Horecfex 2025, Maries will continue to develop sustainable handcrafted gift collections tailored for hotels, resorts, and corporate clients. We believe that, with the support of our partners and customers, Maries will further contribute to spreading the beauty of Vietnamese handicrafts worldwide – where tradition and modernity intertwine to create sustainability.
