On November 19, 2024, Maries proudly participated as one of Vietnam’s distinguished handcrafted brands in the Global Day of Discovery 2024, an annual event hosted by Renaissance Hotels. The event was held simultaneously at Renaissance Riverside Hotel Saigon and Renaissance Hoi An Resort & Spa, drawing a large number of attendees to the unique Evenings Market setting.
At the event, Maries showcased its handcrafted designs made from Hue’s grass straw, a traditional material creatively transformed into modern products such as handbags, fashion accessories, and home decor. The Maries booth not only presented exquisite products but also shared inspiring stories about the craftsmanship of Vietnamese artisans, particularly women from rural areas.
